Choose Bonga Points on Shopika, enter your Safaricom number and the number of points to convert, then provide the M-Pesa number that should receive cash. Submit the request and follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your points; cash is sent to your M-Pesa number after confirmation.

Can I convert an unused scratch card to M-Pesa?

Yes. Choose Scratch Card, select the network, enter the card value, submit the unused PIN, and provide the M-Pesa number that should receive cash.
